Server permissions

CharmBot is intended to be installed by someone allowed to manage the server. You choose which channels it can read, reply in, summarize, or post to.

AI replies

CharmBot replies from approved knowledge and allowed channels. Sensitive topics can be sent to a safer reply or a human handoff.

Announcements

Launch posts, reminders, and high-impact messages can require approval before they are posted.

Moderation help

CharmBot can classify, summarize, flag, and suggest moderation actions. Automatic punishment is not the default.

Reply allowances

Discord plans include monthly bot replies. If replies run out, CharmBot keeps essential safety and admin help available until you refresh, boost, top up, or upgrade.

Discord rules

CharmBot use needs to follow Discord terms, developer rules, community rules, server rules, and rate limits.

Discord platform sources

Discord publishes rules for developer tools and rate limits. CharmBot is designed to respect server permissions and those platform limits.

Need more than Discord?

Your Discord plan covers the bot. If you also want CharmCanvas media, social publishing help, reports, premium media, or API use, you can buy Charm Tokens or upgrade to a Platform plan.
