The plain rules for using CharmEngine.
These terms explain how accounts, subscriptions, Charm Tokens, content, acceptable use, cancellations, and legal questions work. If you use CharmEngine for a company, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for that company.
Your account
Keep your login safe. Tell us quickly if you think someone else has access. You are responsible for activity under your account unless the law says otherwise.
The service
CharmEngine helps customers find AI visibility gaps, create assets, manage approved workflows, publish or export safely, and see proof of what changed.
Acceptable use
Please do not use CharmEngine to break the law, harm people, infringe rights, misuse accounts, bypass approvals, scrape private systems, or create unsafe content.
Plans and billing
Plans are charged monthly or annually. Paid AI work shows a cost estimate before it runs. New subscriptions have a 14-day refund window unless a custom contract says otherwise.
Your content
Your content stays yours. You allow CharmEngine to host and process it only so we can provide the service.
CharmEngine content
CharmEngine code, brand, product design, and platform systems remain ours. Customer outputs belong to the customer, subject to supplier terms where relevant.
Ending service
Either side can end service according to the plan or contract. After cancellation, customers should export needed data within the allowed period.

Legal, account, data, and support questions should use the contact or Legal Centre forms so the right person can answer.
